Chinedum Chukwuemeka Echefu was born on the 27th of November 1979 to Mazi Stanley and Deaconess Stella Echefu . He holds a B Sc. In Accountancy obtained from Rivers State University of Science and Technology Port Harcourt. He is also an Oracle Certified Professional and a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). In 2009 he was inducted as an Associate member of the Nigeria Computer Society after completing a specialised course on Telecommunications. He is a trained ISO 9001:2015 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS facilitator and also a trained Project Manager. He was the Head of Cost Management and Compliance of UNITOP CATERING SERVICES LTD, an offshore catering limited liability company in Victoria Island Lagos. Prior to this time he has worked as the General Manager for Zenith Carex Nigeria ltd, a Tax Manager for MrtTAIYM

A Tax Manager for O.M . Associates , the Accounts Manager for METALUM LTD but to mention a few. He has over 14 years of cognate experience. He is currently a Project Supervisor of Georgia Plastic Foundation. Orlu Imo state in Nigeria . He is married with children.
